I have been creating glass sculptures for 3 years now. Each one is created to the beat of the drum as powerful, rhythmic music is the energy which fuels my creativity and inspires my work.  

I spent 7 years as a stonemason and although very different to glass, its enabled me to be able to create my glass sculptures in a similar way as carving a piece of stone.  

Each glass piece is meticulously painted by hand, usually incorporating black detailed patterns as the hand painted and hand crafted approach is a big part of my practice.  ​

Each piece I create is unique but shares the similarity in being brought to life through the never ending beat of the drum.
